International commercial flights to Oman have resumed starting October 1. Only citizens and residents are allowed entry in the sultanate. All arrivals are subject to coronavirus PCR testing on arrival. All non-citizens are required to have international health insurance covering the cost of treatment for Covid-19 for a period of at least one month.
