Romania has updated its Yellow quarantine list. It now contains 27 countries with high risk of coronavirus. Among those are France, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Bulgaria and Serbia. Travelers arriving to Romania from any countries in the Yellow list are a subject to mandatory 14-day quarantine.
