The compilation of this form is mandatory and must be done within 48 hours prior to departure. At the end you will receive an e-mail with a QR code attached to be shown to the boarding staff.

Registration can also be done through the Sardegna Sicura App available in the stores for iOS and Android systems.

Furthermore, all travellers must undergo body temperature measurements which, for boarding purposes, cannot be equal to or higher than 37.5 °.

Alternatively, a specific self-certification can be completed online, through the Sardegna Sicura system, pursuant to Presidential Decree no. 445/2000, proving to have undergone, in the 48 hours prior to entering the regional territory, a serological, molecular or antigenic test, the result of which was negative, taking care to indicate obligatorily: a) the type of test and the date of execution; b) the name of the medical facility (public, private or accredited private) in which test has been done.

Passengers without the necessary certification agree to undergo a molecular or antigenic or serological test, within 48 hours of entering Sardinia, to be carried out by the local healthcare company, or in an accredited private laboratory, or in the medical facility of destination.
