All travelers arriving to Estonia from high-risk Covid19 countries in the period 14.09-20.09.2020 will be a subject to 14-day quarantine. Travelers also have the option to get tested for a fee of €67 (about $80) which will shorten the quarantine. The only countries excluded from the mandatory quarantine are Cyprus, Finland, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania and the Vatican.
