Most of the EU/EEA/Schengen countries are now a part of Norway’s COVID19 Quarantine list and travelers from them are subject to quarantine on arrival in Norway.
Countries not on the list include Italy, Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, the Baltic States and Finland.
