Mauritius welcomes tourists from October 1. The easing of the coronavirus travel restrictions will allow entry for citizens of Mauritius as well as long-term staying visitors and tourists. The government has announced that the entry requirements will include a negative covid19 PCR test certificate issued within 5 days of arrival and a mandatory 14-day quarantine. Accommodation booking will have to be done via https://booking.mymauritius.travel which is said to go online on September 20.
